8 Mistakes To Avoid With Energy Healing & Life Transformation

As our wonderful planet is experiencing its vibrational upgrade & spiritual awakening, more and more people are beginning to turn to spiritual healing modalities like Reiki Healing, Intuitive Coaching, Akashic Records Reading & Clearing, Subconscious Mind Reprogramming, Emotional Healing, Past Life Regression Hypnosis and countless other alternatives. Energy healing, if applied and received correctly, is meant to create a noticeable change – in every area of your life, from how you feel emotionally, mentally, physically, to your material prosperity, how people respond to you and vice versa.

Many times, the healing that takes place in your life through these healing practices can comfortably be classified as miraculous. If you’re struggling to experience a positive change, watch out for these 8 common mistakes in your personal growth and energy healing practices that you will want to avoid!

1. Saying “I Don’t Believe It”

When you have a miraculous healing transformation, it is natural to be shocked and fall into the stunned mode of “I can't believe it!” You have to be really careful here because your perception & belief creates your world, in every instance! The problem with saying “I don’t believe it” is that it negates the very element that was changed during the miraculous healing - the belief system which directly affects the body. When you repeatedly say that you don’t believe that this healing happened, you are directly unravelling the work that has been done and you are reversing the healing that could have remained permanent otherwise. 2. Continuously Thinking & Talking About The Old Issue

As humans, we seemed to be wired to focus on the negativity and we tend to over-analyse things that are wrong with us and our life. After clearing and healing work has been done, there is usually an immediate 24 to 72 hours’ integration period, during which the old energy moves out of the system fully and the pure energy works its magic while grounding itself in the body. However, if we don’t stop thinking and talking about how sick we were, and if we don’t make a conscious effort to appreciate the improved state in gratitude, we will reinforce the old neural pathways and block the energy system again before giving it a chance to properly recover.

3. Not Allowing Enough Time For Integration

Once you have gone for healing on a regular basis for a while, you will notice results in many areas of your life. In the beginning, though, you may be looking at an average of 21 days’ integration period for the shift to go through completely. For most people, this means that the point where they see changes is usually so far away from the actual session that they don’t always correlate the two as being related. It is highly recommended to journal pre and post a session about how you’re feeling and note when you had sessions so that you can start connecting the dots.

Delaying Sessions Until You Feel Better & The Drama Has Passed It is possible that you will start feeling unwell few days prior or the morning of the session and this is due to your body already starting to shift since you have decided to get better. Sometimes your vibrational shifting is going to manifest as drama in your life, because the unwanted patterns must be crushed down before new, improved things can arise. 5. Seeking Help Only for a Physical Illness

Once you get comfortable with energy healing and start experimenting a little bit, you can climb in and tackle life issues directly on the spiritual, mental, and emotional levels, without waiting to seek help only after a physical manifestation such as a crisis or illness.

6. Skipping The "Plumbing & Maintenance"

Like every system in your body, your energy system requires regular plumbing and maintenance too, or everything will get clogged and blocked.

If you only go in for sessions when you’re in crisis of some sort, your body is going to deal with the plumbing it needs first, because then it is in a better position to heal you over the long term.

Regular healing sessions will keep your chakras, emotions, meridians, energy lines, and various systems in harmony so that you can cope better overall and deal with issues at hand swiftly when you do have a crisis.

7. Not Going Back When You Feel Better

Once-off session where you are only dealing with the present crises can be transformational but it is a good idea to have a follow up session to ensure that the root cause have been removed permanently.
